After studying Real Estate Finance at the University of Denver, I quickly obtained a Real Estate License’s and went to work for Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services, specializing in income properties sale’s, during one of the worst real estate markets in recent history. This proved to be the best education of all.
Since those early days, I have participated in the development and management of congregate care facilities, commercial and retail space. I believe, to be successful in the eb and flows of the real estate markets, requires an understanding of value, and how financing, marketing and timing will guide you towards your investment goal.
In addition, I have had the good fortune to participate in a number of business opportunities, from a chemical blending plant for private label detergents to importing and distribution of surfing equipment from Australia. It is these and other business activities that have provided invaluable experience.
