Greetings from Winter Park!
My name is William Steinberg. I was born and raised in Colorado. I have lived in Colorado my whole life. I am a Colorado native through and through.
I love everything about Colorado - especially Grand County! My family has been vacationing in Grand County from before the time I was born. My earliest recollections are of vacations in the family station wagon for the weekend trips to Grand County. Fishing, hiking, skiing - you name it. That was all part of our weekend agenda!
So it was not a surprise that I chose to move to Grand County to raise my family. I have a beautiful daughter in seventh grade in Granby and a very precocious son in school in Fraser. My family is living and playing in Grand County every day, and they love it!
Grand County is the place to live if you love the outdoors. Right outside my backdoor I can find every outdoor activity I enjoy-hunting, fishing, backpacking, camping, skiing, snowmobiling, photography, rafting, rock climbing. It is also a family-oriented area.
I am proud to be a resident of Winter Park and to be able to offer you a great opportunity to find your special place in Grand County. I have a business background as an entrepreneur running a multinational plastics fabrication business, and I have been a builder for over ten years.
